Welcome to Cuartos de Calayo Beach Lodge. By booking a stay with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

All reservations require a 10% down payment via GCash or bank transfer.
The remaining balance must be settled before check-in.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the down payment.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice unless booking is confirmed.
Any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled before check-out.

2. Rebooking Policy

No refunds or cancellations are allowed.
Guests may request to rebook their stay, subject to availability and must be made at least 7 days before check-in.
Rebooking must be for a date within 6 months of the original booking.
No-shows will not be eligible for rebooking.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time: 2:00PM | Check-out time: 1:00PM
Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests must present a valid ID upon check-in.

4. Lodge Rules

Guests must respect other guests, staff, and lodge property.
No smoking inside rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.
Pets are [allowed/not allowed]. If allowed, pet owners must ensure their pets do not cause disturbances.
Any damage to the lodge property will be charged to the guest.
Loud noises and parties are not permitted after 10:00PM.
The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

5. Facilities and Services

Guests must follow all guidelines for using lodge facilities such as common areas, and amenities.
The lodge reserves the right to restrict access to certain areas for maintenance or safety reasons.
Housekeeping services are available upon request.

6. Liability

Cuartos de Calayo Beach Lodge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
Guests are responsible for their safety and the safety of their children or dependents.
The lodge is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the stay.
Any disputes arising from the stay will be resolved under local laws.

7. Force Majeure

The lodge is not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other events beyond our control.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
